… However, there are even more significant use cases for them, which I’ll attempt to explain here.
The first time Goku went Super Saiyan didn’t come out of nowhere.
It happened when everything in him hit the wall at once. Pain, pressure, anger, grief. He got pushed to a point where the person he’d been up to that moment wasn’t enough anymore.
A lot of men know that feeling, even if they’d never put it into words like that.
It hits when you look up one day and realize you’re getting older, but somehow drifting farther from the life you thought you’d have by now. Or when your heart gets broken and all the weakness, hesitation, and compromise you’ve been living with suddenly feels unbearable.
For some men, that moment sends them deeper into distraction. More coping. More numb habits. More wasted time.
For others, it becomes fuel.
The truth is, most men aren’t missing confidence. That’s usually not the real problem.
What they’re buried under is bad habits, cheap dopamine, mental clutter, and a life that feels scattered and aimless.
That’s why most pickup tips and tricks are usually useless advice, and why even pheromones can become a crutch rather than a powerful tool. Confidence, “aura”, attraction isn’t something you can flip on or off like a switch.
It shows up when you start living in a way that forces you to trust yourself…
When your ACTIONS line up with the kind of man you actually want to be.
Here are 5 real ways to kill insecurity, build self-respect, and step into the focused, disciplined version of you that your old excuses can’t survive.
- Semen retention. I wrote an entire article about the benefits of SR here, and its probably the 1 thing you can do starting today that will immediately yield results. It also costs zero dollars. Extended periods of restraint change the way you think, feel, and carry yourself in ways that are hard to explain until you’ve lived it. Your aura and presence feel more electric, more charged. This is not something you’ll learn from 99% of dating and attraction courses. But will elevate you leagues above any PUA nerd.
- Train a combat sport. It does not really matter which one (as long as its not something lame like Karate). What matters is learning how to fight. Combat training changes your presence. When you know, deep down, that you can handle yourself, it shows. Your posture naturally becomes more dominant, women subconsciously feel safer around you. There is something primal and deeply attractive about competence under pressure, and combat sports build exactly that. That sense of inferiority you get from time to time fades, and it shows up everywhere from your body language to the way you speak.
- Quit your vices immediately. Whether its porn, nicotine, weed, gambling, drugs, or anything else, these are leeches on your life force. You subconsciously carry around negative thoughts and habits, which reflect in your personality whether you think they do or not. I’ve been there myself, and also wasted time and money on weed, watching adult content, smoking etc. Don’t get comfortable watching your twenties, thirties, even 40’s+ slide by in a haze you mistake for “peace.”
- Create a personal mission statement. It is alarmingly easy to drift through life, wasting years of time drifting off course. One day you’ll wake up and realize how much time you’ve doom scrolled away, lived in fear, or accomplished nothing while years have passed by. What you really need is a clearly defined mission – health, wealth, relationships, and purpose. Purpose is the meaningful direction that gives your actions coherence and makes effort feel worth enduring. Purpose means having a clear reason to live, act, and push forward, so your life is moving toward something, instead of being wasted on distraction.
- Once your mission is clear, give it structure. Discipline becomes far more natural when your life has order. A lot of men stay overwhelmed because everything is trapped in their head with no system, no direction, and no release. Write it all down – everything from fixing the hole in the wall, to registering a domain for your new business. Then organize it. Build a routine that keeps you on course. My core routine is simple: clean my space, read my personal mission statement, and clarify my tasks each day. People who accomplish meaningful things do not get there by accident. They get clear on what matters, build systems around it, and keep moving while everyone else stays lost in mental clutter.

Most men will read something like this, feel fired up for five minutes, and then slide right back into the same habits that have been draining their edge for years.
Don’t do that. Pick one of these five and start today (or better yet, all of them).
Confidence is what starts to appear when your habits, standards, and daily behavior stop contradicting the man you want to become.
That’s also why so many people approach pheromones from the wrong angle.
Over the years, I’ve heard from countless men who end up treating them like a shortcut, a magic pill, or a substitute for doing the deeper work.
They want the results before they’ve built the man who can hold it. They want the presence, magnetic attraction, and real confidence… without cleaning up the habits that keep draining it out of them.
And while they’re powerful tools, they amplify what’s already being built.
Yes, pheromones can help remove the hesitation that normally clogs your mind. Conversations feel lighter, easier. You hold eye contact a little longer. Words come out smoother. And instead of overthinking every move, you feel strangely calm in situations that used to make you uncomfortable.
But, they cannot give you self-respect when your lifestyle is subconsciously causing you to feel weak, scattered, and out of control.
However, what pheromones can do is accelerate momentum (sometimes dramatically), and act as a powerful catalyst for change.
And sometimes, that first “hit” of momentum is all a man needs to stop spiraling, start acting, and realize he is capable of much more than he’s been settling for.
That’s how to use pheromones the right way. Not as a quick fix, but as a tool that amplifies the confidence, habits, and presence you’re actively building. When used like this, their effects become stronger and more consistent. That’s where real transformation begins.
