What are the best self-help books for men? There are countless classics, but here are my curated picks for the best self-help books I’ve read over the years.
These are the ones that have hit the hardest, and had a notable, positive impact on my life – because there’s are 1000’s of “self help” books out there, many of which are simply derivatives of older, more powerful content. Nobody has enough time to read them all, nor would that even be productive. My personal philosophy is that its better to read 1 book 10 times, than 10 books on the same or similar topics.
Current reviews & recommendations:

Psycho-Cybernetics by Maxwell Maltz
This foundational book is crucial to understanding your “self image”, and provides an incredibly effective way to “think” about yourself, what you would like to accomplish, and how to do it.
This is not some generic goal setting advice, manifestation stuff, or any new-age nonsense. This is time-tested and practical information you can begin using almost instantly. The more you start implementing the ideas and concepts discussed in the book, the faster you’ll notice real and positive results in your life.
I really think this is one of the best self help books of all time.
